Application for Reimbursement of Significant Expenses
for Pro Bono Representation

The Pro Bono Committee of the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association has established a fund for the use of attorneys who have agreed to represent clients on a pro bono basis in the Section’s pro bono programs. This fund has been established to cover significant expenses such as: interpreter fees, copies of records, deposition costs, expert witness costs, etc. Any attorney wishing to request reimbursement of expenses should complete this form. The maximum amount available per case is $200 unless the party requesting funds can show unusual circumstances.
