Application for Payment of Chapter 7 Filing Fee
For Pro Bono Bankruptcy Cases

The Pro Bono Committee of the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association has established a limited fund to pay the filing fee in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case for debtors who are being represented on a pro bono basis and are unable to pay the filing fee due to extraordinary circumstances. The debtor’s attorney must request payment of the fee by completing this online form. The fund is limited to five filing fees, to be paid on a first-come, first-served basis upon approval of the Pro Bono Committee.
