Just Posted! The 'Monster' Stipulated Judgment and Decree in a marital dissolution action is now posted in the Family Law area. Developed by more than thirty family law attorneys over the course of the last year, the 66-page document serves as a template form as well as a comprehensive checklist of most issues that arise in drafting a final document in a marital dissolution action.

Upgraded! In response to user requests, the Uniform Conveyancing Blanks (UCBs) and Residential Real Estate (RREC) PDF forms, in the Real Property area, now allow users to complete, save, reopen, and revise their entries in the form. Please note, however, that this new feature may only be available for users of the most current version of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

New! Final Account forms for both single and multiple PR cases are now available in fillable PDF in the Probate & Trust area of the site. In addition, Transfer on Death Deeds are available in fillable PDF in the Real Property area and in mndocs, the MSBA's document assembly system.
